Well, I finished my latest painting. It is of a fainting couch, and I think that is what I will call it for now.

All in all, I am pleased with how this one went. I think the next couple paintings will be smaller though.

This one is not quite finished, but I am being slow, so thought I should put it up in its current state.

It should be finished in a day or two.

In other news, the painting is moving along. More on that later.

I have been working on my fainting couch painting. It still has a long way to go, but this is where it is at the moment.

Here is the second cowboy in my continuing series of quick vector cowboys.

I think this is more one of those sorts who knows cowboys…

A quick explanation: When doodling I tend to draw a lot of goofy looking cowboys and other people that look like they might know a cowboy. Now, I don’t particularily like cowboys, or westerns, don’t hate them either. The point is I draw a lot of them, and I have been using those drawings as a source for continuing to play around in Illustrator. I figure I will post them here. I am hoping for 2 a week on average, until I stop anyway…

Things have been a bit quiet on here.  My day job got busy and my ability to do other work lessened.  But that has passed.

Here is the newest painting I have begun work on:

if memory serves correct is is 32″ x 22″.  It’s been moving along at a pretty decent clip.  Hopefully I can keep the momentum going and finish it in a timely fashion.

Be on the look out for some new digital stuff in the next day or two.
