Two Paintings. Two Days.
Over the long weekend I had a chance to head over to the Paper Bicycle studio for a couple raucous nights of art making. I made one painting each night, no plan going in to either of them, just sat down and went with it. Good times.
Night One:

Night Two:

Untimely bill murray post
Wow, I realize I never posted anything about the Bill Murray art show I participated in at Gallery 1988 is LA. Check out the show here (I think its still up at the gallery too): Link!
Now, for my Bill Murray, I decided not to reference any specific movie, but more just the fella himself. And what do I like as much as Mr. Murray? Painting wrinkles and folds. SO, I combined these two things I like, Bill and painting wrinkles and painted Bill with lots of wrinkles.
Delightful!
